Endless Highway: The Music of The Band featuring Lee Ann and others as a tribute to The Band was released on Tuesday. Lee Ann tackles one of The Band's most poputlar hits, "The Weight". Joining Lee Ann on the song are Buddy and Julie Miller singing background vocals. The album also features Death Cab For Cutie, My Morning Jacket, Gomez, and Roseanne Cash, among others. Those of you in the San Antonio area can catch Lee Ann at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo on February 16. She'll be performing in the round with Wade Bowen, Stoney LaRue and Randy Rogers. Should be a great show!
